1. Owner:
Saigon Nikko Hotel was invested by Vietnam Fei Yueh Limited Company and is the second hotel in Vietnam after Hotel Nikko Hanoi under management of JAL Hotels Group.
2. Scope of project:
_ Saigon Nikko Hotel is under development projects of large complex area called Royal Centre in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Hotel has 23 floors and 3 basement floors, with 334 rooms, total 58,473 square meters. Rooms at Nikko are about 40m2, bigger than most rooms of other hotels in the city, with many luxury facilities as LCD TV, automatic sanitary equipment.
_ Saigon Nikko Hotel has total investment budget of over 100 million USD.
